As long as the bulb conforms to the legal requirements for MOT, it’s not a problem and wouldn’t even be noticed.
If you did put a wrong bulb in it’s likely to not work anyway not damage the car. Maybe years ago before canbus was introduced to cars.
As for changes to appearance or performance mods that’s a slippery slope. One I’d never do on a lease car.
