Mine gets me from A to B, nowhere special, it just helps me lead a more independent and able life than I would otherwise. Sadly there’s so many bad surfaces for scooters and chairs it makes planning ahead for outings difficult for many. We went to Hampton Park flower show which we love but the drops either side of the walk ways were awful to manage and my scooter and I took quite a battering. I hired one or theirs the next time but it was still hard work. My other half drives anything over half an hour so I don’t go anywhere far on my own. Without my car I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere so just to see a friend for coffee is great.
