Make loads of changes for the worse just before you leave and nobody can touch you because you’re leaving anyway and then when the new CEO comes in and changes a few things back to close to what they used to be but still a little above and making them more money he looks like a star to everybody in his 1st month in charge.
It’s all smoke and mirrors that ultimately cover up the fact they want more profit and sod the disabled, it’s a long time since this was a disabled focused scheme, now that moniker is just an excuse to dodge the tax and print their own money, don’t get me wrong, it does help put disabled people behind the wheel of a new car every 3 years or so but it no longer strives to improve the service it offers with regards to giving more to the customers and getting better deals for less, all we are seeing is a steady decline in spec of vehicle and rise in prices, just like any other business really and not led by thinking about the disabled!
