Hi SpinaB I was wondering how you were getting one.
I took delivery of my X1 at the end of November and initially had shoulder and neck problems. However after making a few adjustments over several days, including moving the steering column every which way, I have to say the car is really comfortable and definitely more comfortable than my Mini Clubman which I absolutely loved but now realise had quite a rough ride. I can’t remember if you said that your dealer had inspected the seats? Is there any chance that they have been made incorrectly? Would seat covers perhaps help? I really feel for you being in this position, three years is a long time and APs are high, it’s unfair that we have to make decisions so quickly and then be stuck with a vehicle which doesn’t meet our needs.
