Absolutely Elliot the customers should be the priority but I sometimes wonder if they are. I would bet money that very few on the scheme will lift the phone or write an e mail of complaint to motability operations. Many are just happy to be on the scheme and don’t want to make waves.
The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.
