Hello all

We ordered our Tarraco on July 31st after much research onto size & delivery times. Our current car has been unsuitable for my daughter for the last year so being able to change it by the end of lease date (which was yesterday) was vital. Pretty much promised by Seat that we would have it on time but the dealership just called & it’s going to be another 4 weeks!! Gutted, angry upset- absolutely furious!! Is there any point in me cancelling & trying to see if theres another 7 seater that we could get almost immediately or should I just keep everything crossed it arrives sooner?

Remember whatever you choose is yours for 3 years, so you could take a chance rush to get any 7 seater available then regret it.

The seats and VAG cars in general have tech that just works better and is easier to use straight away.

4 weeks sounds a long way a way but I’d personally wait I think.

4 weeks will fly past, wait it out then when it comes the delay will be long forgotten

I ordered a Tarraco at the end of June due for change on July 28th. As I wanted Options on it I was told I would have to wait until mid September as it would be a factory order. I have now been told it will be late October or November. I rang another dealer and he told me that there is plenty at the port now and I could have one within a week if I just want one with the normal spec.

Again if you can make do with the base spec and aren’t specific on colours that’s fine, but I’d wait for the car I wanted. If I already had a car I could continue using.
If not then months and months extra delay would be a problem for me.

I ordered a Tarraco at the beginning of August. Taking delivery on the 31st. The wait has been awful because I’m getting one from their second batch of first editions so it’s just been sitting there waiting for me to pick up. I feel your pain. 4 weeks will fly by trust me it’s worth the wait.

Thanks all, I’ve given my head a wobble & decided to wait, 4 weeks isn’t the end of the world! We’ve gone for the excellence lux model in Dark Camo & really don’t want to go to a lower spec especially after having the lowest spec in our current car. Dealer says car is built so fingers crossed it’s on the boat soon!
