I’m afraid it’s not that simple the Cla that has appeared was only able to as its base line model was eligible under present rules and the shooting brake Cla doesn’t fall into the same rules/criteria, Motability have been flaunting there own rules so we can only hope they continue to do so or change the Caps but officially Mercedes can no longer put the shooting brake forward.
