The band thing is really about where the salary sits after the deduction of the car payment. In all Salary Sacrifice schemes you must be left with more than minimum wage. Obviously the monthly payments can get bigger if you’re a senior manager than an admin assistant, purely because your salary sits much further away from min wage.
At band 8 there should be plenty of good options available.
