Got to say, I’m not going to mention names of devices, sellers etc but I’ve seen in just a 2 min Google devices to reprogram mileage across multiple modules and another that stops miles being recorded. I don’t know if these work, they’d be illegal obviously, don’t do it BUT if you were well over or frightened of going over your 10k there’d be a helluva incentive to do it, again morally and legally wrong but when you push people…..
