In theory nothing is going to change until July 2026, I suppose at least Racheal did not completely remove VAT exemption from the Mobility scheme, however, I believe even this has caused damage to the scheme.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
