Stellantis are well known for poor customer care, so it’s no surprise there’s a shortage of parts. I’d definitely keep Motability informed of the delays and keep the option of a defect return in mind. I’ve seen a few of their cars that look interesting but the risk of anything going wrong and that becoming a disaster keeps me away.
Don’t Peugeot now insist on repairs being managed centrally? I’ve definitely heard issues where the dealership mechanics have diagnosed a problem and have been told to try something else first.
