I’m currently waiting on my new ev & was awaiting on my ohme pro ev charger to be installed & received text message from ohme to say my details had been passed onto installation partner pro ev. Received a phone call this evening from the electrician who never introduced himself there than its the electrician to fit your ev charger.
Asked if between I would be hear between 1pm to 2pm & I said yes, he then proceded to say that he didn’t have my charger to install due to it being sent to wrong place & the phone line was breaking up due to where he was. He did try me a few times after but was out of my vehicle, tried to ring him back but no answer. He did ring back half an hour after but couldn’t take his call as someone was at my door. Received a text message saying electrician her, car charger what about tomorrow! Rang him back & discussed that I didn’t think there was any point him coming out if he didn’t have the charger & he was like company I work for will want 90% of the work done & I said again was no point coming out & then having to come out again & as I had scheduled tobe at home wasn’t wanting to have to be hear for second visit, he didn’t take to kindly to me cancelling & was very abrupt & felt not professional as he never indruced himself are who the company he even works for.
