This is how I feel at the moment. I love the car but I’m not going to change my driving style to suit the cars needs. I roughly do 6000 to 7000 a year, usually small trips doing school runs, work and back etc… I really feel if I take it for a regen, it’s going to happen again. I’ve researched what a regen does and it kinda pointless from an,environmental perspective. They are basically thrashing the engine wasting fuel and polluting more. When I get the regen done and if it happens again, I may consider terminating the lease too and find an alternative. Never expected this with a brand new car.  I even told the sales rep I don’t drive far. They must know the potential problems these cars have.
