Trying to add a new Motability vehicle to an existing myRAC account. You’d think it would be simple but it’s proving to be far from it. Previous Motability vehicle is still showing – no obvious way to delete it. Can add the new vehicle by registration plate, and it identifies the car correctly (Make/model) but says the vehicle isn’t covered. I’m tempted to delete the whole myRAC account and start again but it doesn’t feel like that should be necessary. Anyone else know the magic touch to make this happen?
Same here, we’ve had the new car 5 months and it’s still showing as “not covered”.
Previous vehicle also showing with “expired” or similar.
Deleted the App and won’t be using it. One of the most stupid useless apps I’ve come across.
If I need RAC I’m sure the car would actually be covered.
