As the title says my dealer phoned me and said to expect it at the dealership in two weeks.
Ordered 8th February and should be here 30th July. No extras, but being delivered to NI which should add a bit of time on to delivery.
Just thought I would pop this up for anyone who has ordered the e3008.

Thanks for the update des. I can imagine the next couple of weeks are going to be full of anticipation for you.
I phoned my dealer just now and he hasn’t got any information on my car yet. No build date or delivery feed back, but he did say that “they’re starting to come through so hopefully it shouldn’t be too long”.
I have three option packs on my order:
Electrically adjusted ‘AGR’ seating pack with perforated nappa leather, massage and thigh support extension, and pneumatic side support bolsters.
360 vision + drive assist pack.
‘Sensation’ pack, which includes Focal audio and opening sunroof.
These additions may possibly add to delivery time.

@POPS The AGR seats are brill. I have them on my 308 GT Premium as standard kit. Also same for the 360 vision, which I would really miss. Same goes for the focal sound system. No opening sun roof though. So all good choices POPS

Coming soon...BMW X2 sDrive 20i M Sport 5dr Step Auto In November 2025July 18, 2024 at 11:57 am #285181Cheers Joss. Peugeot really screwed their customers when they got rid of the GT Premium model. My current 3008GT Premium has the electric seat pack with massage, thigh support extension etc, the Focal audio upgrade + drive assist (without 360 vision) as standard. Now they are a costly option.
I suppose it’s become standard practice among most manufactures (except for Hyundai), but when you order a car that is approximately £50,000 retail then you shouldn’t have to spend thousands more to get equipment that used to be expected with a premium priced car.
July 18, 2024 at 12:17 pm #285183July 19, 2024 at 10:53 am #285252Aye folks really looking forward to it. Mind I still love the Kona, it’s a cracking car even with it’s niggles. And for some reason it’s now returning MPKW I could only dream off for the vast part of my time with it. Regularly 4-5mpkw. Just want something bigger tbh.
I called over yesterday to see about the V2L as Peugeot are useless and have no information anywhere about it. The dealer, and another and a mechanic at the dealership had no information and we all went and looked at the car and there is nothing unusual bar a 12v socket in the boot.
One did say that after a test drive the guy said he tried it by plugging a kettle in and it worked. Just said he did it in the boot so it must be that. Maybe I’m naive but I was expecting one or more 3 pin sockets as I’ve heard of cars having them under the seats. I searched under them and there was nothing.
So I’m none the wiser in regards to do I need to buy adapters and or cables to get it to work. Does it work from the 12v in the boot, is it an adapter for the charging port, is there a 3 pin socket that is well hid.
I’m planning on going on a 500 mile round trip in it and might sleep in it to see how it works for car camping.
Summer if you can call it that is running out fast and I want to hit the road running and not scurrying about last minute to get stuff.

You are right it needs a 3 pin socket for V2L. Perhaps he was refering to a 12v 180w camping kettle from the cars accessory plug!
July 19, 2024 at 11:47 am #285263I’ve come to the conclusion that there are no sockets and it’s an adapter I need for the charging port. A quick look and a 5m double socket with weatherproof case is around £200 from reputable shops. Or I may just get one with single socket, short cable and no weatherproof case for around £100. Then just use my 10m extension lead which has a circuit breaker built in.
Edit. This I what’s wrecking me. If Peugeot know that it’s an adapter that’s needed why are they not selling them, not that I would buy of them as they would be too expensive, but it would answer how the V2L works for their car and I would know which lead to source elsewhere.

V2L adaptor is based simply on a resister in the circuit, in a similar way a resistor is in Type 2 charging leads, which signals to the car how many kW’s it can charge off that particular charging lead. Its all very simple mate.
For example placing a 62 ohm resistor between CP & PP in a Type 2 plug and a 3 pin socket on the other end of the lead you have a Hyundai/Kia spec V2L adaptor. Changing the resistor value to 470 ohm gets you an MG V2L adaptor. Unfortunately I don’t kow the value (yet) for Peugeot but, can easily instruct you how to make one for a fraction of the cost when I do 🙂
July 28, 2024 at 1:33 pm #285806Cheers Kezo I may look into that.
