    I hadn’t realised that the i4 was no longer on the scheme. I can now see why it’s such a significant issue. I hope that you get a positive resolution.

    They’ve all washed their hands of it. Motability’s answer is there are plenty of other cars he can choose from. Not exactly the answer he wanted.
