Yeah I wasn’t impressed with Wings in Kings Lynn. For the record Group1 in Norwich we’re superb not only did they immediately give me an Enyaq for a whole day but they were actually interested even after I told them it was a Motability order. On top of that I ordered on 30th Dec, obviously price dropped on the first before I could ask I got a phone call to tell me he’d amended the order so that’s £400 in your (my) back pocket. Honestly really nice dealership, friendly, helpful I was immediately offered drinks and biscuits whilst waiting to order my car as salesman was running late with previous appointment
that’s an impressive customer service. Our salesman was great. But he was still trainee. So he asked about everything his manager and come back with that sort of answers ;(
