If it’s on the motability list then you should be able to order the car from the dealer if not ask the dealer why and then ask Motability if the dealer is found wanting then end all dealings with them immediately and find another dealer after all it’s is just a transaction at the end of the day once you have your car you can take it to any same manufacturer dealership to get it fixed or serviced always trust your gut feeling over desire for the car
