I just want you all to know that I am extremely grateful that we have charities like motability to help us as without these some of us would be in dire straights however, it’s the people who work on their behalf that can make it difficult. If I’m leasing a car through motability why can’t I choose the car that is the most suitable for the me? Ive looked at even more cars like Kia, Renault, Mazda which I was told to check out since awarding me the grant which I am grateful for. The cars with a power tail gate which is a need are too high I have great difficulty getting into the car. The cars that are lower and are suitable for getting in and out doesn’t have the power tail gate adapting the door is no good as I don’t have the strength to pull it down. It may sound ungrateful but truly I’m not in fact I’m very grateful I’m just extremely frustrated I wish that the rules were flexible and that each case was based on its merit.
