I hate them, never been able to get an unaccompanied test drive yet in over 15 years. Even during covid when i changed to my KIA soul EV as the bloke was not allowed in the car instead he followed me in another car lol. Every time i ask i get told we dont support that and the excuse is always the same insurance purposes. Last time i was so peeved off i complained to Motability and their advice was try a different dealer.
Fingers crossed when i start next month in preparation for my next car the dealers may have mellowed a little but im not holding my breath.
