Yes, companies can request a dispensation permit from the local council and they will issue a parking permit that must be displayed in the vehicle window!
When I was working use to apply regularly a dispertion from various authorities when working on new commercial buldings in various town centres. It allowed you to park in parking space all day and not get booked for over staying the time limit however, this always applied to regular bays rather than any that were disabled.
