Just made a lead and bypassed the booster which actually made it worse as follows:
Channel 43 BBC 1 SD with booster signal 96 quality 3, with booster bypassed signal 13 quality 0.
Channel 46 ITV 1 SD with booster signal 99 quality 94, with booster bypassed signal 25 quality 49.
