RbdoDon’t know if this merits its own thread, but I had a very prompt reply from Nissan saying the X-Trail e4orce would be returning to the scheme in April; but only in Accenta 7 seat spec. Nissan giveth…

MaccaWell, if that is accurate, it sounds like its gonna be a slow burn to get to a generous selection of XTrail specs on the scheme. No surprises I suppose.

Yes. I was holding out hoping the Tecna would join in q2!

RbdoNo the Visia is the lowest trim. But I would suggest the e4orce only being available in Accenta Premium means no chance of Tekna trim.
March 18, 2023 at 8:00 pm #215628When I went to my local Nissan dealer they told me the Visia trim was only there as a price thing and they didn’t expect to sell any due to how basic it is.
March 18, 2023 at 9:06 pm #215635I tend to exclude the Visia as even a trim because it that basic. The accenta has no premium about it, which leaves the N connecta and up as the only real choices.
I need leather (fake) seats which starts at the Teckna trim and the Tecna+ gains real leather. I looked at the QQ Tecna but that doesn’t even have full vinyl leather seats.
Shame really unless q2 brings a suprise as I like them, probably more so the XT as its bigger. Unless q2 brings a suprise thats another off the list.
March 18, 2023 at 9:08 pm #215636…and I only want the E-Power!

RbdoFor sure, but it IS the lowest trim. Visia; Accenta Premium; N-Connecta; Tekna; Tekna+. For the X-Trail.
March 20, 2023 at 8:39 am #215699Our last 2 cars have been X Trails in Tekna trim. Rest assured the Tekna will arrive on the scheme – its just a matter of time.
March 20, 2023 at 9:25 am #215702If the E4force comes back on the screen I think we will arrange a test drive.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.

Rbdoif I had the luxury of waiting, I would – but I don’t have a MB vehicle and I sold our car a couple months back to release the equity (quite a chunk) from the finance contract. And when the Tekna does arrive, I very much doubt it will be available with the e4orce – which is what I personally would want. If it’s going to be the epower, might as well get the QQ for probably (~£2k+/-) AP. Only thing I think would be an advantage would be option of 3rd row, and openable sunroof.
Important things for our family of 5 are; rear privacy glass; decent seat height (from road-/kerbside); space for 3 in rear; sunroof and or light interior. These things cater to the mental and physical health and ASD of the tribe. If I can get these with 4WD auto and some useable, fun power and torque – which is MY preference – then all the better. But if not, I’ll take what I can get that fits the needs, and accept that wants are first world problems.

RbdoHopefully for you kezo the Qq Tekna+ makes it. I think that is more realistic than Tekna X-Trail; N-Connecta looks very likely, but won’t have your leather (or even vinyl option):
