Thank you! I think she was case manager, she said she would send me a list of cars in 5 working days but it has been 3 weeks now. I cant believe how much she kept shutting me down. It came across as passive and just lack of empathy
The case manager is the one that works with – they have a manager above them. Wait for your case manager to send you a list of cars first. If they aren’t suitable tell your case manager what I said above and ask to be put through to his/her manager 🙂
Remember you don’t have to choose from the list and are free to pick another car add upto 50% more than the grant award offered to you without any of the hassle, if you have the funds to do so.
