Thanks for replies. Just to get back on the car issue. I have spoken to the dealership who confirmed DS are no longer making the DS3 Crossback and have replaced it with the Updated model called DS3. He was unable to give a yes or no as to whether the order would be honoured but did say it was the Manufacturer who make these decisions. The car does not have a build date yet so I can just wait and see. He stated that if I did cancel I would go back down the list so would be 7 months further back down the line. I shall hang on to see what happens.
Amazing how we can all drift away from the subject at times.
In other words you are stuck between a rock and hard place at the moment. So you wait maybe 3 months or more hoping the car you ordered, you at least receive the new model and isn’t cancelled by the dealer/Mb because the code has changed, as some have had done to them. In this case you will go back down the list 7 months plus 3 months you waited hoping you would receive the the car.
Unfair and certainly not a nice place to be in!!
