If anyone has leg problems like me. I’ve a spastic leg which gets worse form the hip which ain’t so bad to my foot which is bad. The foot rest is at a very bad angle and was causing a fair bit of discomfort, well a lot if I took it out.
It’s very easy done. Poke out the two cap covers, you’ll notice them on it, then with a small ratchet remove the two small bolts and it just lift off. I then trimmed it down with a pair of metal clippers then bolted back, which was easy.
it made a big difference to be honest, and I believe it’s set at a bad angle whether you’ve a dodgy leg or not.
