I put my Arkana in for its first year service on Thursday 24/11/22. To my astonishment the Dealer informed me that the brake pads would probably need replaced within the next 6 months,as the car has only done 3,800 miles I telephoned Renault they said it’s wear and tear not covered by warranty.
This is my 3rd automatic drive and I have never had to replace the brake pads so it’s now down to excessive braking my last car was 3 years old when I sold it with the original pads since new.
I explained to Renault there brake pads on the Arkana are not the best quality but to no avail.
