Yes, ordered 6 weeks ago, estimated delivery was looking like Jan/Feb, but pick it up next week. Top spec, 1.6 180bhp.

i looked at a c5; not the x tho.. the head height wasnt enough for me alas but it was a lovely car

Wow, I love the Citroen approach to car interiors, “Style and Function”.

How’s it compare to the Aircross you had?

It feels a lot more luxurious, obviously head room is different, how feels a lot more spacious than the C5 Aircross. Gearbox is same, suspension and drive feels improved, so far so good??????

It’s beautiful and very very comfy with great spec – I had a rest drive a while ago but out of my advance payment budget – it’s different, very good reviews and will be a rare sight in the roads & the too spec is amazing – many happy, safe miles ahead

Hi, ordered a Shine plus 1.2 in white in November. Estimated delivery end of April but told build week in December so could be end of Feb – beginning March so who knows. Apparently they’re assembled in China so distance + COVID situation and I’m not expecting any sooner.

I can remember when my neighbour had a 1.3 Mk4 Cortina, he was forever complaing. But there again it was only about 60bhp and 60 il/ft torque NA engine. Compared to modern cars such as the C5x turbo charged 1.2 130bhp and twice the torque.

If there’s only one or two of you I guess 130hp 1.2 engine will be adeqequate, but if you carrying 4-5 adults and a fully loaded boot I guess it will struggle, plus the auto box won’t know whether its coming or going!

Nice looking car though and it reminds me of the space I had in the Superb.

I think the 0-60 time of 10.4 seconds suggests it’s going to be pretty sluggish if fully loaded.
