Thanks for update Ian Returning 4.8kwh. sounds brilliant – anything from 4.4kwh. or better – that would give 280+ miles assuming all 64 on battery was charged. My son lives in Cornwall – 250 miles from me and I prob make this journey three times a year – I would then have the option of three pin snail charge or finding a local charge point. I very rarely go in winter months – so assuming it is not a rainy gale blowing and I drive at 65mph in theory I should get there without stress. I have already downloaded three apps for routing and charging so have planned charging options around Exeter. – just need a car now ?? Enjoy your car!!
Charging in Cornwall is improving rapidly (excuse pun) new chargers have come on line with the new holiday season kicking off. With a larger bank at Exeter Services, expanded hub at Cornwall Services and chargers popping up at several pubs and leisure sites around the county, you should be fine.
Enjoy the new car, when it arrives.
