Got my 28 year old MX5 taxed today for the summer. Looking forward to the joy of getting back to driving a simple car that you connect with and know what it’s doing by feel. Love the XC40 but like most modern cars on occasion it’s like driving by remote control. The more software that gets in the way, the less true driving is involved. Will future drivers notice? Or care?
