It’s also worth noting that employees of companies and organisations that have access to schemes such as Motorfinity or manufacturer specific schemes such as Hyundai Affinity are still able to order new cars from franchised dealers at discounts of many thousands. There are probably several million people eligible to access these schemes as they include vast organisations such as the NHS, emergency workers etc etc. Some (such as Hyundai Affinity) even extend these discounts to relatives of those who are eligible. As an example, due to one of my daughters jobs I could get up to £3,846 discount off a Hyundai Tucson, including the PHEV model that Motability ask an eye watering £15,600 for (£5,600 AP plus £10k sacrificed benefits). Some people may well be eligible to take advantage of these scheme discounts but are unaware of the fact!
