Hi Kat, I had problems with an X1 and I had to give the dealer a chance to fix the issue, they could not so I terminated the lease early. Difficult though it might be I would try and arrange an inspection asap. I would correspond by email so there is a permanent record and set a deadline of 2 weeks to inspect the car.If they have failed to fix the car or have missed the deadline go back to Motability.
