Placed an order with VW in Glasgow in Crow Road in April this year.
The dealer hasn’t been in contact with me once to give me any further updates.
Whenever I call them I get told that someone will call me back, but no one ever does.
I raised a complaint with the dealership manager directly about the lack of communication.
His response “If you feel our service has fallen below your expectation you’re more than welcome to cancel the order”
However, when I made an enquiry over the phone pretending to be a private customer, they couldn’t do enough for me.
