Would be very interested to know – seriously considering one of these as I am eligible to order next week. Wish the 4wd was on the scheme though.
I have the same 1.3 160bhp engine in my Merc A-Class automatic and I’ve averaged 45.6mpg over the last nearly 3 years with it. That is only just below the claimed 47mpg. The Qashqai will be heavier but from my experience I think the mpg is likely to be reasonably close to the book figure of 43.5 and the Qashqai has a tiny bit of mild hybrid technology tacked on that isn’t in the Merc.
