The VW dealer in Stafford despite an empty showroom really struggled to serve us, the wife really pushed him but sorry no enthusiasm available, as you would expect they never phoned us. I have to admit the local Toyota, Kia and Nissan dealer could not have been more helpful.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
