I’ve created an account on the motability website,so does this mean I will now only have information sent to me via email or will I still receive letters such as my PIN number for when I collect my new car? Kind regards

Yeah as intranicity said , your still get your paperwork but as soon as your order is accepted by motability, you can view it and your pin online straight away, shame I couldn’t find an option to only receive via the site, could have saved motability some paper ?
