We have an extended lease until March 2021. That will make 4 years and 4 months. I am struggling to get anyone to say if we will get a good condition bonus. I have contacted motability, RSA and the dealer. My situation is that although the car is in overall nice condition, the front radiator grill is damaged by an unfortunate bird that flew into it. The dealer has quoted £300 repair but I am sure it could be done for less. The most sensible person I spoke to says we are allowed up to 3 areas of damage as long it is not a safety issue (which it isn’t). Could anyone help?
