Yes I’ve often looked at those dash-cam clips myself but not knowing anything about Russian driving licensing rules I think they have a rule that you can only drive after downing a pint of Russia’s finest vodka.?
That said the USofA are not much better or the UK ones come to that but at least most of them are sober, sober but on another planet.?
