JS – My change date 16th July & no sign of a letter yet.
thats why im trying to figure out, it almost seems some between certain dates have been skipped, im wondering if it may be due to the automatic six month extended leases so the computer is not reading it as due yet until the 3 month period including the added 6 months.
either way it should all sort itself out when they relax and feed new info into the computers come 1st July
