    I had a similar ‘issue’ for three days when I was expecting a contact from my VW Motab. guy in Portsmouth.  I kept calling them, asking them to email me the information I needed but nothing turned up.

    Turned out he was including a video in his email reply that was sending all his posts straight into my Spam Catcher.  He’d actually gotten back to me straight away, but I didn’t realise.

    Lovely bloke, by the way, but he’s retired now.
