    Well like I said I’m not leaving Mota for the moment but as far as a valid reason for leaving I think saying the car is of no benefit to a disabled person if the police were to slap a £25 fined on me every time I drove off the drive is a very good reason.

    Can’t see in a million years that Motability would dare to hold anyone to a contract under these unforeseen circumstances and at worst you will lose any GCB and pro-rota refund of AP.

    Nobody knows what Motability are doing behind the scenes but they would be very foolish if there not talking to government about the situation there in and indeed along with all the other business in the country because if the lock-down goes on for a year or more we won’t be saying in a years time “save lives, save the NHS” there will be no NHS or PIP or unemployment benefits or anything.
