As usual the posts have been informative, with good humoured differences of opinion. There have however been some particularly personal unpleasant posts, some of which I know have been taken down and I am grateful for that.

Let’s hope tomorrow will be open,honest, with strong contrasting views but not patronising,demeaning and belittling. Perhaps a few more good news and satisfied posts would go down well as I am sure most of us stick with Motability because we are generally happy with the service.

In all seriousness, the forum hit a new peak for visitors yesterday and increasing numbers brings conflicting views.  The forum is all about community, friendship and helping one another. This will not be for everyone.
