Watching this i presumed it was the ‘4’ ‘trim’ due to seats,roof ambient lighting,LED interior lights  and no elec tailgate etc etc..However it also doesn’t have the harmon Kardon sound system?? Which is listed on ‘4’ trim.https://youtu.be/vJ31DGrWutY

This should be a ‘4’ trim, albeit a PHEV. Please note HEV is no longer available via Motability.
