Mobility has authorised our Suzuki Across to be serviced by our local Toyota dealership, the nearest Suzuki service centre is over 35 miles away on a industrial park, Suzuki charge £30 for collection, Toyota charge zero.

The other day Suzuki chased up my service, I informed them it was being serviced by Toyota, at that point their tone changed informing they have to service it and it will invalidate the warranty, I informed them Mobility had sanction it to be serviced at Toyota but warranty work will be Suzuki, I mentioned it was due to the £30 collection charge, strangely they were willing to now collect it for free ?

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.

As long as the servicing dealer uses genuine Suzuki parts and follows the Suzuki servicing guidelines it won’t invalidate the warranty.

If I seem a little strange, that's because I am.

I booked in our Tucson for it’s first service and the Hyundai dealership said that they have stopped the home pick up service but make an exception for Motability customers, so they are picking it up and dropping it back free of charge.

I’d imagine they will given it’s a Toyota in disguise lol.
