Process to cancel order

      Despite going into my dealer armed with excellent advice from the members of this forum, I still fell for the mis-information given by the salesman.

      S0, I’m now looking to cancel my order with the dealer and then re-apply with another dealer (same car). How do I cancel the order, and how long will it take to update on my Motability account before I can reorder elsewhere?

        You phone the dealer and ask to speak with a sales manager that you wish to cancel order and they should do this straight away if it is not cancelled after a few days then phone Motability and ask them to cancel it down for you as you want to order a different car or dealer they did this for me.

          Hi, contact Dealer to cancel, this an be done straight away by dealer contacting Motability.

          The you phone Motability to tell them and they will tell you to go to the new dealer straight away.

          There is no need to wait as I have just done it all inside the hour, cheers Mike

            When a dealer was not too quick to cancel my order I phoned Motability and stated I need to order a car and asked them to cancel it down for me and they did it straight away.
