      Hi everyone. Sorry to be a pain. My friend and his wife would like to know what is the process with the review form? It’s a form which needs to be filled out that will review the award they received from 2017 up till this Jan 2021. Are there any tips? Should they suppose to write it out if their condition gets worse and if so will the assessors get weird? Like if they wrote the condition stayed the same, this can prompt the assessor to deduct points. Last thing everyone needs is a re-assessment!

      I’ve never had a review form also but I could be receiving one in 2 years time for a award review. This thread could help me in the future.

      @martinod, what would you suggest?

      Thanks!

        @Dave G

        I have a PDF file that walks you through the pip process. However we can not post PDF files on here. I do not have web space to allow me to host files either.

        What I would suggest is your friend my wish to join Benefit and work web site and become a member.

        https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/join-us. You can get a discount which makes the annual cost around £15.00 Your friend would then have full access to the forums and members guides. Trust me it would be the best £15.00 they could spend.

                Joss, apologies for the late reply. Thank you very much for the PDF file. Is that the file you also get on the subscription service??

                I have read few pages and it is very good explanatory and a break down of everything. Hopefully it can help me fill the review form out in the future. It’s just really stressful and time consuming, the worst ever paperwork I face filling out!

                  A good source of information might be your local authority advice service, or Citizens Advice. They were increasingly helpful when my wife was going through PIP, suggesting different phraseology and using DWP speak to aid the application.

                    Yes Dave that is the type of members only files you can get, and there are plenty of them, Plus not just PIP but JSA ect. Plus there is a forum as well. It really is worth it Dave.
