Morning all, think we have finally settled on a vw tiguan or seat ateca in 1.5 tsi guise, however now comes the most important part (apparently)…choosing the colour. Can’t seem to find out what the options are regarding motability and paint options I.e. is it full price as in the brochure etc so wondering g if anyone can enlighten me

With SEAT, you can choose any of the colours for no extra.
Motability have always offered metallic paint as standard, but usually the more premium finishes are extra (the triple layer ones, for example).
standard metallic is usually free on motability volvo did try charging for a short time but it didnt last long.
the “special” paints you pay the difference between “special” and metallic.
so if the list price for mettallic is say £500 and mica,pearl etc is £750 you would pay £250.
some though you may get special free, dont ask dont get is the motto.
