Anyone got any suggestions, it worked perfectly on Sunday, but today it’s only charging at 1.04kwh. Nothing has changed, wanted to make the most of BG green event today.

Okay I know this sounds like the classic joke  – but have you switched it off and back on. – equally if you are using an app  turning device off and on – lastly log out and back in – good luck – it happened to me once  – it is frustrating!

Just done exactly that and it fixed it, wondering if it wasn’t plugged in enough.  📞 “Hello IT have you tried switching it off and on again”. 📞

Glad it’s sorted – I also have a hand vac that I occasionally use on the ohme plug to the car and the socket on the car – I have socket on front of car and although it’s a reasonable seal it’s bound to get the max blast of anything going whilst travelling 👍

Best thing, I was on hold on a webchat with Ohme support, they were trying to blame throttling, the DNO, the car software and everything else, whilst they were looking for suggestions I unplugged it and plugged it back in and all was fixed.

On a serious point though – it just gets harder to speak to a real person  – even after you have listened to numerous selection choices you are likely to be talking to AI – sad you have to pretend your leaving them to get their attention.
