Dealer says can have the one in showroom immediately or wait up to 6 months for an order; as others have mentioned the same, I’m wondering if it’s true, or are they trying to get rid of old stock?
As only the Tekna has sliding rear seats which isn’t on the scheme, it means that I would have to put 60 split seat down, which is do-able, but not ideal, in order to use the hoist for my scooter. Which side would be best to put the hoist?
The £3499 AP is eye watering, but I’m going around in circles trying to find something suitable and 5 year lease is up in June. I also have to purchase another hoist as Motability won’t let me reuse this one. ( I have read other posts discussing this). I’m not sure whether to go with this, or hope that the price/model may be improved for the next quarter, or even something else may be added.
I need the height and also need a large boot. We normally use passenger seats for luggage/birdwatching gear and occasional grandchildren when required.
I have had a test drive in a Citroen C5 Aircross which had a good boot, but 129 bhp has put me off a bit…would it be enough? Also, £2995 AP is still quite a bit. (Hybrid model). Can take delivery in 2-4 weeks though.
Currently driving Seat Tarraco which has been used with the third row seats down and the 40 split pushed forward, creating good size boot and scooter can go straight in. Had quite a few problems over last couple of years and no longer on the scheme anyway. Looked at the Skoda Kodiaq which is almost identical, but didn’t think it seemed to reflect the high AP’s!
Any info good or bad would be much appreciated, thanks.
