Do you have to have to have a vehicle chosen by Motability?

You can choose any car that suits you and you can afford on the scheme and the only thing you need is what hoist you need which start at around 40kgs to lift weight and depending how big the wheelchair or scooter is and it is up to you but you will have to pay for a hoist or ask for a grant if you cannot afford the price.
